Dee Dee has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients including Sprint PCS, Dell, AustiNuts, Chuy’s, Becker Vineyards, Stone House Vineyard, Chisholm Trail Winery, CARTS, Adlucent and AASBC.

Gaby ensures that our clients desired message and brand image is conveyed to consumers. She is responsible for project management,  the overall visual aspects of client web assets, social media, advertising, print, and media campaigns. She oversees and coordinates the work of our graphic designers. Gaby is driven by her belief that functional and beautiful design solves business challenges and enhances the user experience. Her innovative design and eye for design detail has brought A3 international recognition and awards from Graphis, LogoLounge and more.

Josh is a Baylor graduate in computer science and specializes in both frontend and backend website development. He is responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that enhance the user engagement and experience. Josh handles server-side application logic and integration. He loves all things web design using languages and tools such as HTML, CSS, Sass, JavaScript, jQuery, and other assorted JavaScript frameworks. With prior experience contracting for the U.S. EPA via CGI Federal, he is also proficient with several Content Management Systems including Drupal and Expression Engine as well as web standards such as 508 compliance testing, Coldfusion and SQL Server. 

Born and raised in the south of France, Alexi is a recent alumni from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design as well as a minor in Web Technology. With a specified interest in typography and branding, Alexi is extremely passionate about design, holds himself to a high standard, and works hard to consistently create top-notch material. After working as a summer intern in 2016, Alexi returned to Austin the next year as the newest addition to the A3 family, and a crucial asset to the team. 

When not immersed in his design, Alexi finds inspiration and motivation in attending live music shows, spending time outdoors hiking or camping, and exploring the city.

Cici is A3’s energetic and organized administrator. She has over 25 years management experience of creative agencies. Cici organizes external and internal communication, works with our clients to make sure projects are flowing, handles budgeting, finances, and multiple office tasks.

Joules Rules. What else can we say? Joules is from South Dakota where she received her puppy PhD. She keeps her pack of A3 team members and clients in line and on point. You often see her sitting in a chair at our conference room table listening in on meetings. Joules is not shy and will let you know how much she appreciates you with a big doggy kiss. When she is not working, Joules enjoys, swimming, climbing 14K foot mountains in Colorado and running at the Austin Greenbelt.

Jacques' key responsibility as Studio Greeter is to announce newcomers and herd them to our reception area or the conference room. Once he has guided the individuals to their designated area, Jacques stays vigilant for the next incoming client or delivery professional. Jacques also endorses recycling. You can often find him scoping out the bins to see if anyone has dropped food containers that were not properly cleaned. In his off time, Jacques loves the great outdoors and dreams of being an agility competitor.
